A System Health Check often includes:

A System Health Check often only takes approximately 1 hour to complete, and can be done remotely, so email us, and we will ask you a few questions about your issues, and can advise you if it might take longer. We will then arrange a time to send you a link to provide us with permission to access the computer remotely. Once we have access, you can leave us to do our work, and we will leave you a nice love note on the screen when we're done. In this service we often ask you to pay us electronically, ideally through PayPal before the work can begin.

Sometimes, the malicious software has already done its' damage and it needs repair, as part of that repair we will always install freely available anti-virus and anti-malware software tools to keep it running just right.

Often the best way and more cost efficient, to give a new lease of life to those treasured companions, is an upgrade to the Hardware inside or the Operating System.

Many problems can be diagnosed and repaired within a single hour, so we often ask you to provide payment for 1 hour of service at our normal hourly rate.
