Many computer technicians will tell you that it is always much easier to help with computer problems if they are sitting in front of the actual device to see its reaction to particular diagnostic processing. Some of the issues we might encounter with our computers, are sometimes only software related and can be fixed remotely.

There are some significant stories of people being scammed by people around the world saying there is issues with their computer and need access to it to fix it, when in fact there is nothing actually wrong with it, so this has put some people off Remote Access to their devices.
With the current situation the world finds itself in, a great deal of people prefer not to be in close contact with people they do not know, which is where our Remote Repair Service comes in. We will spend some time talking with you on email to understand the issues you are experiencing, so as to minimize the time needed to diagnose the issue and fix it more quickly. We use secure remote access software, and make sure you know who is accessing your computer, before work commences.
Many problems can be diagnosed and repaired within a single hour, so we often ask you to provide payment for 1 hour of service at our normal hourly rate.
